We require all participants to wear closed toed shoes, full coverage jeans or work pants, and long sleeve full coverage top.
We allow for 100% refunds on cancellations up to 24 hours in advance for regular packages. Deposits for parties 5 or more will get a refund if cancel WITHIN 48 HOURS, anything after will NOT get their deposit back. There is a 50% non-refundable fee on party packages. Anything later will not be given ANY refund. This is because we put a lot of work into preparing the packages, rooms, and generating a schedule. Any rescheduling done up to 24 hours in advance is free. Anything later and you’ll be charged a $20 rescheduling fee.
As of April 11, 2023, there will be a 3.5% service charge to any cancellation.
We advise clients to come in at least 10 minutes early to their allotted time to sign in and get suited up. The time you reserve is your time in the room. This does not include preparation. People who come in late will have their rage time cut, no exceptions. We can’t have people who have booked after you and arrived on time wait because you were late.
