The Smashin City Rage Room is for amusement purposes only. Rage rooms also known as "smash rooms" or "destruction rooms aka destruction therapy" is not for everyone but most people who have experienced the rage room activities are glad they came.
Although smash therapy is a great way for some to handle stress and life altering events, We do not provide counseling, mental health services, or referrals and do not claim to resolve mental health problems with our rage room venue. those who are experiencing a mental health crisis are encouraged to contact a licensed mental health provider prior to coming to the Smashin City Rage Room.
Participants must not be suicidal or under the influence of any alcohol or drugs.
Participants must not wear open toed shoes/sandals.
Participants must be 10 years or older, however those younger than 10 are welcome to watch through the plexiglas from our lounge area or participate in the splatter room activities.
Participants must have all of their protective gear on at all times while inside the rage room.
Participants must always use 2 hands of control while using sledgehammers and have full control of all of their tools at all times while in the rage rooms.
We require at least 3' space between participants while utilizing the destructive tools inside the rage rooms.
PLEASE DO NOT
- Throw destructive tools
- Throw items at poly-carbonate plastic divider (plexiglas) even though its indestructible they get scratched up
- Move your visor up while in the rage room
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
We offer special discounts for students & first responders (Law enforcement, EMT, Fire Fighters). To receive discounts, valid IDs will be required during the visit. Student IDs must be current year. All discounts will be applied at the time of visit.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE / LATE POLICY?
We allow for 100% refunds on cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Anything later will not be given ANY refund. Deposits for parties 5 or more will get a refund if cancel WITHIN 48 HOURS, anything after will NOT get their deposit back. This is because we put a lot of work into preparing the packages, rooms, and generating a schedule. Any rescheduling done up to 24 hours in advance is free. Anything later and you’ll be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. Paper Gift certificates are none refundable
As of April 11, 2023, there will be a 3.5% service charge to any cancellation.
We advise clients to come in at least 10 minutes early to their allotted time to sign in and get suited up. The time you reserve is your time in the room. This does not include preparation. People who come in late will have their rage time cut, no exceptions. We can’t have people who have booked after you and arrived on time wait because you were late.
